RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As the products we sold are consumable merchandises, we do not accept returns or exchange.

Damage
Before we ship your ordered goods, we ensure the packaging is good and pack with care to avoid damages. It is recommended that you check your parcel upon receipt carefully. If your package or the contents are visibly damaged upon receipt, you should notify the courier immediately as you probably have a claim with them. If the contents within the parcel are defective or damaged, please email cs@etna.beauty and quote your order number. We may arrange with you on a case-by-case basis.
Errors
In the event that the goods you received are not what you ordered, please email cs@etna.beauty and quote your order number. We shall reply to you within 24 hours. We may arrange to ship to you the correct goods or arrange a full refund if it is proved to be our error.

We reserve all rights of the final decision on goods return, exchange, refunding, re-shipping or relevant matters.
We do not hold any responsibility for any issues arising from improper use of the products.
