Shipping fee

The estimated shipping fee is shown in the checkout page.  Free shipping is available upon net purchase of $500 or above.

Arrangement after you placed your order

After your order is placed and paid, we will arrange to ship your order within 3 - 5 business days after your order is paid.  The estimated delivery time is shown in the checkout page and is subject to the actual flight capacity and arrangement.  Once your order is shipped, we will notify you by email with the courier tracking ID.  If there is any issue to arrange your shipment, we will contact you through email for further arrangement.

Remarks

As the shipment will be delivered through international courier, please contact the courier if you need special arrangement to deliver.

Unaccepted shipment

For any items that are rejected and returned to us, you as the customer, shall pay for all shipping charges (including (1) the shipping fee incurred to ship back the parcel to us, and (2) the shipping fee incurred for us to send you again)(free shipping would not apply regardless the original net purchase amount), handling charges and a re-stocking fee (15% of the total order price).
