Online Order

• Product prices do NOT include local customs or local sales taxes, which vary from country to country.  

• Customs related: 

  • When you placed an order with this Site, you are considered as the importer of record and must comply with all laws and requires of the country in which you are receiving the items.  Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.  We have no ​control over these charges and do not assume any responsibility or whatsoever for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and you should consult your local customs office for further information.

  • When you placed your order with this Site, it means you agree to accept the responsibility for the import duties and/or taxes, additional charges and Import Trade Declaration for customs clearance. 

• Majority of our goods are imported.  We try to ensure sufficient level of stock supply, but from time to time there could be unintentional delays leading to lacks of goods.  If goods ordered are NOT available, we will arrange refund accordingly in due course.

• While the images of products on this Site are taken from the actual items, the images are subject to the impact of lighting, printing, resolution and photo quality and may have visual differences among the actual product.

• We did not provide you with any advices for you to make any purchasing decision.

• We try to ensure the accurate and completeness of the information and description of the products listed on our site.  However, we do not provide any assurance as to the completeness or accuracy as to the description and information of the products listed on this Site.  Your action to place an order in this Site is your sole decision.  You should conduct your own research as to the suitability of the products you ordered.

• Please provide accurate information (including your name, address, email, telephone) when you place your order.  We do not hold any responsibility as to any loss due to inaccurate information.

• If you fail to complete payment through the accepted payment methods (see Payment Policy), within 48 hours from the order being placed, the order will be cancelled automatically.

• For any defective, broken or damaged products, please refer to Return & Exchange Policy.  

• We do not accept orders from Iran and North Korea.

• We reserve the right to cancel any transaction even if the transaction is shown as completed or whatsoever.  We reserve the rights to make final decision to accept the placed order or not.

• We reserve the right to unilaterally change the above and other terms related to the sale of goods without giving any prior notice.  If customer does not agree the terms, they can terminate the online ordering service by contacting us at cs@etna.beauty and quoting the corresponding order number.

Registration as a New Member promotion

1. The promotion (the "Promotion") refers to that, under the condition of a person registering as a new member of etna.beauty (our "Site"), such new registered member (the "New Member") will be given a 20% off discount code (the "Discount Code") for all Noon Aesthetics products to be sold on our Site by email.

2. The Discount Code can only be used once.

3. The Discount Code has to be applied during check out procedure and the New Member shall review the the application of such Discount Code. We do not assume any responsibility as to the misapplication of the Discount Code.

4. When the New Member completes a purchase with the Discount Code, we will include one piece of Nyria Swiftlet Nest Collagen Elastic Facial Mask (the "Mask") together with your ordered goods. The Mask are limited to the first 100 ordered from registered members.

5. We reserve all rights to make final decision to accept or not the promotion and the discount code.
